1. Service Agreement

By requesting a service from Car Mechanic 24/7, you agree to these terms. We provide on-road automotive repair, battery jumpstarts, and diagnostic services.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All price estimates provided over the phone are approximations based on the information you provide. Final pricing will be determined by the mechanic upon physical inspection of the vehicle. A standard visiting/diagnostic fee applies even if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

3. Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, Car Mechanic 24/7 is not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, unforeseen complications during repair, or loss of personal property left inside the vehicle.

4. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if the location is deemed unsafe for our mechanics, or if the vehicle requires specialized equipment beyond our mobile capabilities.
