Your live location or pinned address is strictly used to route the nearest available mechanic or tow truck to you. We do not store your location history post-service, nor do we sell this data to third-party tracking services.
By submitting a request, you consent to our team contacting you via phone calls or WhatsApp to coordinate your rescue, provide updates on ETA, and send pricing estimates.
We use Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our emergency platform. These tools use cookies to collect standard internet log information anonymously. You consent to this via our cookie banner.
