1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a roadside service or repair with MechanicNearMe24x7.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We operate as an independent emergency automotive service provider in Bengaluru.

2. Dispatch & Estimates

All prices displayed on the website or quoted via WhatsApp are baseline estimates. Final pricing is confirmed by the mechanic upon physical inspection of the vehicle breakdown. You are required to approve the final quote before physical repairs or towing commences.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure you are parked in a safe location away from active traffic flow if possible.
  • Provide accurate GPS coordinates or landmarks to ensure prompt dispatch.
  • Remain with the vehicle until the mechanic arrives.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service (e.g., successful jump start, tire change, or delivery to destination for towing). We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe) and Cash on Delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our mechanics exercise the highest level of care, we are not liable for pre-existing vehicular damage or electrical faults that were present prior to our arrival. Towing operations are conducted at the owner's risk, utilizing modern flatbed technology.
